    Hi sachin, see if u r on roll in configuration managmnt thn u shud make ur carrer in it. assistant controller is not a permanent job. its contractual....its wrk ex will help but all airlines dont require assistant controllers as thers a special exam for them as in for jet airways or kingfisher...which requires 5yrs exp. i suggest keep ur ericsson job,its better for ur carrer. bye the way when is ur GD??? on which day....?? ---kushagra

    I wanna know one more thing wat will happen after 3 years wen the contract is over...will they absorb,extend your contract or wat ?
    And will the contractual employee will be getting all benefits and facilities as other employees of air india ?
    Is it a technical job or non-technical ?
    Really confused in making the decision...
