first u check the registration stauts in CSIR HRD link.. in that the admission card details ,u noticed that examination centre also.
This examination conducts CSIR .. it already condusts NET like that exams..
but it is designed for this exam syllabus drawn by GATE exam..
so Objective will be like GATE material..
Mains pattern designed by IAS exam because in that only 300 Marks paper.. IN IAS,IES,IFS papers were 8 questions asked and we write only 5 Q each Question wil be 60 marks.
NET is syllabus is not considered for engg subjects.. u prepare and follow only IAS,IES,IFS material only

There was a circular published in Times of India (Bangalore Edition, not sure of other Editions). It stated how to get your hall tickets in case you dont get it by post. I think it came on 20th December.

hi every body, dont be waste ur time for result. Dipp exam having lot of fault and ambiguity, like repeatation of questions and false question.
And there are lot of complain abt fabrication and design of exam. So, there is large possibility of cancallation of exam. Even standard of question are not upto the mark of CSIR.
And allover this Post are NOT for PARMANENT rather it is for short term contract..............
over all they make a bad joke wd all of us.

If u notice carefully, the link (http://124.124.192.212/) in which we checked our application status and downloaded admit card, is down now today while it was working fine yesterday. It may be possible that CSIR is uploading the results in that link and thats why it is down. Or it is also possible that they intentionally keep the link down. I am not sure. What do u think guys?

I think CSIR first declared the NET result and now they will declare the DIPP result. Since this is a job recruitment test I think they will declare only the final result.

i have inquired with CSIR exam unit. they says that it may takes one month to decleare the results.
Yes the posts are temporary but hopes are that they will be confirmed as there is acute shortage of Patent Examiners.
Obviously there will be probation period. As off the salary should be
15600 + 5400 + 4680 (30 % HRA) + 9030 (@43% DA) + aprrox 5000-6000 additional componenets like canteen commuting etc
so the approx salary could be 40 K pm
Another positive thing noticed is , that the competition is very less considering the number of candidates and difficult paper

i think they are asking certificates from those who have applied for additional 5 marks based on any research exp. or any foreign language..
but they have not provided the certificates supporting that..
so thats why they r looking for the docs..

i think some of them have lied..now they can't provide the certificates ...i think they are going to be in trouble..
may be their candidature will be cancelled..

Why is it that the attitude of student always being put to test by the government; there is limit for everything. The wait has been pretty long for the result. Atleast publish in newspaper if the exam results has been freezed for some reason. In a country where RTI is passed still the students who have written the exam does not have the basic information of when the result would be out. We are really heading towards a pathetic situation.Its heavy time for a change.....................

It was clearly stated in the notification that during the finalisation of results, only the marks of theory paper plus additional marks for specialisations like research or foreign language will be considered.
So, it seems that they have corrected the papers of all and now are adding the special marks for those who are having the additional qualifications as mentioned above..
they are asking to submit the docs may be because, they need to confirm once whether those candidates really possess those qualification
lets hope for the early results!!!

another thing I would like to mention that I've also recvd a mail for furnishing research and language certificates altho' I had sent it before. I just have a feeling that most probably I've crossed the cut-off...God's grace! keeping my fingers crossed...

@above:I filled my application offline. I bought the application brochure from the bank and then filled it up and sent them with the required documents. About 10-12days ago I received an email (also later mail by post) from CSIR office to send them the attested scanned documents immediately via email and also send the hard copies (attested) of the same via speed post.

yeah, asking for the documents doesn't confirm about the selection but at least it is now known that they are working towards declaring the results otherwise I had thought that they would ever declare the results. Anyway, congratulations to those who have got mails. You guys have quite a bright chance of selection.

At this point of time, it's not rocket science to say that people who have got mails from CSIR have cleared the first paper. It's obvious. Don't you think!
I think, they are at the end of the selection process and asking for documents for the final list.
Anyway, I think we all should stop
speculating things and wait till 31st of May.
We've waited for 4 months. Why not for one more month. So cheer up, and hope for the best.

please don't reduce the no. of seats. It is actually 257 and not 200
Actually i was constt. touch with CSIR right from the day, exam was conducted by competent authorities and they are just extending the date of result month after month, the contact nos of examination cell are New Delhi: 25843504, 0112541756.
c'mon guys don't blame DIPP now. at least now they have officially announced a date and that is 31st of May and I think we should all wait till that long at least.
yaar one month more ,,,,abhi to april bhi end nahi huyi,,,,,hw we will wait for 31st,,,,atleast,,,if they had to annouce the result date,,,they should reduce the margin of days,,,one month more,,ohh god,,,

In the feild of Biomedical they ask for documents for desireable qualification of 8 persons ..........i know as they send the mail in bulk.....and this mail is cc to 8 persons

@Biomedical student: As you are saying that they send mails in bulk. I know someone from Chemistry who got the mail told me that DIPP had sent 6 students the same mail asking for documents. As far as I remember there were a lot more no. of seats in Chemistry than Biomed.
I don't know if that help you anyway to extract any information.

all of u stand good chance if u have performed better in mains paper especially people 4m engg background
bcz dey add 1> 5 marks if 5 yr RD exp
2> 3 marks for law
3> 2 marks for forn. lan
how many engg graduates hv above mentioned certi...
i hv also 2 yr rd exp which is good
4 nothing 4 this exam............
so all engineers have equal chance

ALL engineers have equal chances for selection as no one has desirable qualifications like foreign language or research exp..
So those who qualifies first paper and performed well in conventional paper will get selected...

I got a letter for submitting the documents for research experience. I had not submitted the same with application. Hope result will come by 31st of May.
