what ssc merit depends only wholesole merit of all subject or it is must to getting 33% marks in each subject. maine multitasking ka exam delhi state se diya hai aur mere 80 mark bane hain aur main obc se belong hun. kya mera selection ho sakta hai. AMIT DELHI

100 baato ki ek baat. SSC MTS ki exam 16 lac candidates ne diya hai. or Exam 3 shift mein hua tha or simple b tha but 3rd shift ka exam first 2 shift se jayada tough tha. agar believe na ho to check karo. and every candidate should have to be secured 50% marks in MTS exam if he/she want to clear this exam.

I think cut off marks in mts exam will be around 90/95 for general as from my personal experience I know more examination's cutoff marks varies between 58-60%.
You see cgl 2010 tier 1 cut off was 115(57.5%),chsl written 106.5(53.15%)and tax asst exam 2009 206(51.5%).
You are saying this is only one step so cutoff marks may be high but I think steps may 1000 but you will be as serious as 1.All the results given above are of first step.I don't think just in one exam all meritorious students comes out.
What is your opinion.

my opinion is that the cut off will go about 65-68%
for gen or it'll go 58 to 60 % for obc candidate and
approximately 55 to 58 % for sc/st candidate
we cann't estimate currect % bz all of us cann't check
